Shipping Policy

Shipping options are differentiated by price, delivery time, and reliability. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). For international orders, packages will be handed off to their respective local carriers upon customs arrival.

Although most international orders are not expensive enough to be taxed, please be aware you may be subject additional taxes, duties, and custom fees.

All orders are shipped from San Diego, California, USA. Orders placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time are shipped same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be shipped the following business day. You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. ALL ORDERS RETURNED DUE TO AN "INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS" ARE NOT SUBJECT TO REIMBURSEMENT.


USPS FIRST-CLASS MAIL WITH TRACKING –

Tracking: YES. A tracking number will be provided via email upon shipment.

Order Size: 4-40 total patches

Domestic Shipping Time: 3 to 5 business days. According to a 2017 USPS quarterly performance review, 84.4% of parcels arrived on time. For this reason, although unlikely, orders may take over two weeks to arrive.

International Shipping Time: 6 to 10 business days to many major markets. According to the 2017 USPS quarterly performance review, 78.5% of parcels arrived on time. Orders may take over 3 weeks to arrive, especially to minor markets (ex: rural towns).

Insurance: YES. In the unlikely event your parcel is lost in the mail, you will have the option between

  1. A new package shipped out via USPS Priority Mail to a different address than the one provided in the original order.

  2. A full reimbursement for your order.

Tracking: YES. A tracking number will be provided via email upon shipment.

Order Size: 4-40 total patches

Domestic Shipping Time: 1-3 business days.

International Shipping Time: N/A

Insurance: YES. In the unlikely event your parcel is lost in the mail, you will have the option between

  1. A new package shipped out via USPS Priority Mail to a different address than the one provided in the original order.
